If you wish to delete your mobile app account, please contact us and provide your email address. We may require an email send from your email address to authenticate ownership of the account before we perform any account actions, including the removal of the account.

We aim to answer all emails within 48 hours, but please allow up to 72 hours during busy periods for a reply.
